Apresentação

The Cereal Harvester JM390 was developed for coupling to tractors with minim power of 75 HP. It is an advanced project with technology, efficiency, quality and simplicity. It has option of supply with adjustable platforms for harvest of two lines of corn with spacing from 45 to 90 cm; cereal platform with 2 meters of cutting width for the harvest of soy, sorghum, wheat, rice and black bean; and collecting platform for other varieties of beans (optional).
The beating rotor has axial trailing system composed of an endless rotor with adjustable beating pins wrapped by cylindrical sieve that in just one operation, unpacks the straw, threshes and cleans the grains. It has double run with tires 700 x 16 – 12 canvases, air regulation head system for a better quality of cleaning of the cereal vibratory sieve for the final cleaning of the grains (component of model JM390 Cereal), granary with capacity of 1300 liters equipped with endless worm and hydraulic system drive discharge chute.
Purpose of the Product:
Harvest of corn or other cereals (soy, sorghum, wheat, rice and black bean) or as harvester of other varieties of beans.

Specifications

Corn Platform: Enables harvest of two corn rows in the spacing of 45 to 90 cm. It has a fast-coupling system, retractable nozzles for cleaning and maintenance. The gleaners harvest only the ears, eliminating the corn canes, preventing build up of mass in the railing system, guaranteeing better cleaning.

Cereal Platform: It has a service width of 2 meters, with cutting blade with 540 rpm, performing an excellent reaping of the plant. The turnstile works with rotation proportional to the reaping rod, providing a uniform and continuous supply to the axial railing system. Ideal for harvesting sorghum, soybean, wheat and rice.

Beans Collector Platform: It can be coupled to the axial railing system, allowing collection of the beans rows through retractable fingers and supply worm thread. Supplied as an option.

Air Regulation Head: Allows regulating entrance of air for better cleaning quality of the cereal.

Thresher Rotor: Axial railing system, made up of a worm rotor with adjustable thresher pins surrounded by a cylindrical screen. In a single operation, it removes the straw, the husks and cleans the harvested product.

Discharge Nozzle: It has two stages and worm thread for conducting the grains. The second stage is activated by hydraulic system.

Vibrating Screen: Conducts final c leaning of the grains, eliminating impurities. Component of JM390G for cereals.

Grain Unit Worm Thread: Conducts the grains in the entire area of the grain unit, preventing build up in the discharge area of the header nozzle.

Hydraulic Activator: Enables lowering and raising the corn, cereal or beans platforms.

Double Wheels: For greater stability of the JM390G.

Grain Unit: Capacity of 1300 liters.
