FERTILIZER SPREADER: supplied with options of tool holder bar with three-point hookup with the tractor (hydraulic system – SH) with 4.20 m / 4.80 m / 6.00 m / 6.80 m / 7.20 m. It has motor wheel or transmission box drive system. It enables the assembly of fertilizer tanks with capacity of 150 liters, mounted with transversal fertilizer distributor system with helical endless worm. The fertilizer distribution adjustment is carried out through the shift system with gears that allow the alteration of the distributor rotation to diverse dosages. It carries out lateral, bilateral and central fertilization through pantographic units with double alternating disc with direct deposition to the soil or with conductors for surface fertilization.

Lateral, bilateral or central fertilization in furrows through double discs or surface fertilization through conductors.

Specifications

FERTILIZER WITH CONDUCTOR..

Drive/Support Wheel: Has transmission system for changing fertilizer distribution regulation. Maintains fertilizer distribution. Optional for up to 5 tanks, standard for more than 5 depósitos.

Shift – Drive Wheel: Allows quick change of gears and adjustments of the drive chain. Allows changing the rotat ion of the fer t i l izer distribution to several dosages.

Reducer: Driven by cardan through tractor PTO. Used to drive up to five tanks with fertilizer distributor system.

Shift – Reducer: Allows fast change of gears and adjustments of the drive chain.

Fertilizer Distributor: Positioned transversally to the tank. Has worm thread with pitch of 50 mm, allowing uniform dosing. Optional: worm thread with pitch of 25 mm.

Fertilizer Tank: In polyethylene, has two-outlet fertilizer system, being that one of them can be closed through plug system for use of lateral fertilizing.

Protective Screen: Prevents entrance of foreign bodies and damaging of the fertilizer distributor system.

Coupling Lower Point: Has articulated support with oblong hole to reduce the tractor x implement impact.

Pantographic Mismatched Double Disk: Follows the soil irregularities.

Optional

Depth Controller: Allows maintaining application of fertilizers at the same depth.

Fixed Fertilizer Coverer: Can be coupled to the double disk. Works as a furrow coverer and helps in depth control.
