Grinder and Disintegrador - JM4000

The Disintegrator JM4000 is ideal for daily treatment of the herd with economy of time and costs. It enables the use of any type of green or dry product. It disintegrates, fragments and pulverizes dry grains, producing threshed corn, corncob with no husk, bran and fine or thick corn flour. It grinds separated or mixed green products, producing fodder for daily treatment. It uses greater variety of plants and roots, which can be grinded together, making the feed more balanced and nutritive, assuring even in winter the hearty supply of the herd.
It is equipped with replaceable sieves for use in accordance with the product to be grinded or disintegrated, it has rotor with grinding knives and hammers.
Purpose of the Product:
•   To grind sugar cane, herbs, sweet corn kernels, sorghum and other kinds of legumes;
•   To disintegrate threshed corn to make corn flour or threshed corn, corn in stalk with cob to make corncob with husk, etc.

Specifications

Inlet Nozzles: Has inlet nozzles for falling of green plants (cane, grass, legumes, etc.), nozzle for dry plants (corn in ears, dry manioc, etc.). Can operate both nozzles simultaneously to produce feed.

Screens: Supplied with replaceable screens with holes of 17 mm for pollard, 10 mm for bran and broken corn, 6 mm for bran, 3.8 mm for coarse cornmeal, 1 mm for fine cornmeal and blind screen for green plants.

Rotor: Rotor axle with 440-m disk, fixed pallets, chopping blades and hammers. Electronic balancing does not cause vibrations in the machine.
