The JM TRIMA 300 is a versatile implement for different uses in small agricultural properties since it acts as disintegrator for the production of threshed corn, corn flour and corncob with husk, it also acts in the production of daily treatment for fodder from sugar cane, herbs, sweet corn kernels, sorghum and other kinds of legumes, or as corn thresher.
It has entry chutes for green and dry crops, tank for threshed corn, system of replaceable sieves, beating rotor for threshing corn, hammers for disintegrating and grinding knives.
Purpose of the Product:
•    To grind sugar cane, herbs, sweet corn kernels, sorghum and other kinds of legumes;
•    To disintegrate threshed corn to make corn flour or threshed corn, corn in stalk with cob to make corncob with husk, etc.
•    Corn thresher.

Bicas de Entrada

Input Slots: It owns input slots for chopping green materials (cane, weed, vegetables, etc.) and slot for dry materials (corn ears, dry cassava, etc). It may operate with two slots simultaneously to produce ration.

Peneiras

Strainers: Equipped with 10 -mm- hole replaceable strainers for corn bran and crushed corn, 6 mm for bran, 3.8 mm for thick corn powder, 1mm for thin corn powder and dry strainer for green materials.

Packaging output slot: It owns corn conduction system for two packaging output slots, enabling to work with two cornbags simultaneously.

Sistema de Transmissão para Trator

Tractor Transmission System: When equipped for coupling to a tractor it owns pulley and cardan shaft system for transmission.
